Brandy has been an area resident in Sarasota for 38 years, licensed for 19 years, and is a local graduate of USF. Brandy is happily married to her spouse, Brian Loebker. They have 3 rescue Shepherds named Dakota, Mila, and Kash. She is committed to the Free Pet Adoption program for military families at the Humane Society of Sarasota County. She enjoys giving back to the community that has served her. Giving back is one of the most important ways in which she spends her time. Other hobbies include traveling, reading, yoga, HIIT training, weight training, fishing, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Brandy has joined KW Style to Design to provide a higher level of service with interior design, staging, and assisting her clients in renovation projects when buying, selling, or staying in their homes.
