Not the Billionaire Bunker or South Beach. You may be surprised by the Florida street that says you have the swankiest address.
FLORIDA— The most coveted address in Florida is in Nokomis in Sarasota County, according to a recent ranking.
Real Estate CRM review website Agent Advice commissioned a survey of 3,000 respondents to determine the top aspirational streets in America, where a mailbox signifies a person has “arrived.”
In Florida and nationally, the top-ranked street was Casey Key Road in Nokomis at No. 1, while Gordon Drive in Naples was No. 3 on the national list. Laurel Way in Beverly Hills was No. 2 on the overall list.
“Topping the list, Casey Key is a barrier island off the coast of Nokomis, known for its secluded and exclusive beachfront properties. Homes on Casey Key Road often feature private beaches and stunning Gulf or Bay views,” a news release about the ranking said.
